    A great 100% Rolle (Vermentino), which is a late ripening grape.
    Contrary to the other Whites from Bellet it hasn't spend any time in oak.

    A pale yellow, "Crystal" colour...
    A very Fine, Elegant Wine,
    Scents of toasting breads, hawthorn, fruits....
    A lot of freshness....

    An instant attack in the mouth, then subtle with plenty of aromas.
