    A beautiful white wine,
    to be served like all white wines chilled but not ice cold.
    A lot of Aromas, flowers, acacia, with a hint of honey.
    Very well structured, great acidity, good length.
    A wine to be served as an aperitif (15.5% after all) or to be enjoyed with white meat among other.
    Will age, obtaining sweeter taste while loosing some of its acidity.
    Foie Gras, Charcuterie (cold meat), baked fish ….
    Grapes variety: White Grenache, Roussane, Clairette, Bourboulenc.
    A blend of six months in new oak and six months in stainless steel tanks.
