    Excellent Cote-Rotie. Complex and well structured.
    Rich and powerful in the mouth, hint of red fruits with smooth tannins and scents of humus (the mushroom) and smoke.
    Issued from the Cote Blonde and manually harvested.
    For immediate consumption but can be reserved for up to 10 years if stored correctly.
    JUST OPENING...
    100% Syrah aged for 18 months in French oak (30% new).
