    Powerful red in the tradition of Gigondas and non- filtered.
    Intense, deep dark colour, strong beautiful tannins,
    fruits and a lot of spices, (black pepper in particular).
    Rich in the mouth, with a big body, big nose and with scents of ripe small fruits.
    One to open while you cook as it will take plenty of time to settle,
    please allow at least 30/45 minutes before consumption.
    Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre, for a great Gigondas with a lot of aromas.
    To enjoy with beef, casserole, boar, duck, and rich food in general.
